Today: Please create a page that you call My Thesis.

Write your thesis statement on the page at the top.

Next write the resources you will use to research your topic. Remember this is not a report. You are making a claim and defending it.

Create another page called Introduction.

You must explain and define each word in your thesis statement that might be interpreted differently. For example if I claim to engage middle school students in my social studies class, I have to explain and define a few things as they might be different for each reader.
I have to explain and define: engage, middle school students, and social studies class.

This will all be part of my introduction.

Conor O. I heard a radio program on BBC news this morning around the Russia issue. Use the net and go to BBC news and find the program Witness. This will have lots of information.

Kevin: Please review the 34 page document on the business plan. Think long and hard on if you really want to do this. It is not easy and your idea is not fully developed.

Connor P. I think you will do just fine with this business plan document. Not all pages apply to the idea you have, but when you finish this you have a clear idea of operating cost, income, and loan possibilities. Good Luck and I'll read about you in Fortune 500 Magazine!
